This cookie policy explains how Kflows Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on kflows.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and tracking scripts.
2. Cookies we use
kflows.co.uk does not set any non-essential cookies. The site is a static website built with Astro and served through Netlify. We do not run analytics, retargeting pixels, chat widgets, or session-recording tools.
- Strictly necessary cookies: None currently set. If introduced, they are exempt from consent under PECR.
- Performance / analytics: Not used.
- Functionality cookies: Not used.
- Advertising / targeting cookies: Not used.
If this ever changes — for example if we add Google Analytics, Plausible, or a booking widget — we will update this page and add a cookie consent banner where consent is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
3. Third-party resources
Although we set no cookies ourselves, our site loads fonts from the following third-party providers:
- Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) — serves the Satoshi typeface. Your browser sends its IP address and User-Agent header when fonts are requested.
- Google Fonts — serves Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono. Same IP/User-Agent disclosure.
These requests do not set cookies on kflows.co.uk, but Google and Fontshare may log the request in their own server logs. You can block these domains at the browser level without affecting core site functionality.
4. Embeds and external links
Certain pages may embed or link to third-party tools:
- Cal.com / Calendly — only when you visit /book and interact with the embed. These providers may set their own cookies on their own domains.
- External links to LinkedIn or regulators — these take you off our site; their cookie policies apply.
5. How to manage cookies
Even though we don't set cookies ourselves, you can always control cookies at the browser level (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all offer cookie controls in their privacy settings). Privacy-focused browsers such as Brave or Firefox with Enhanced Tracking Protection block many cookies and trackers automatically.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any material changes will be shown at the top of the page with an updated "Last updated" date.
