Why this exists

I grew up around service businesses — family in rug cleaning, window cleaning, trades. I've spent the last few years inside UK SMB sales processes professionally: the CRMs, the missed calls, the quotes that never went out.

The pattern was the same everywhere. The tech wasn't the problem. The moments were. The 7pm call. The 45-day silence. The invoice that was the last touch.

Kflows is built to fix those moments — one sector at a time, priced against what they're actually costing.

Everything we break, we publish.

We run a public incident log. When one of our bots mis-reads a number, or an auto-chaser misses an SLA, we write it up: what broke, why, what we changed so it doesn't happen again. No other UK CX agency does this. It's how we intend to earn a reputation that isn't paid for.

(The log goes public as soon as we have three signed clients. We're not logging hypotheticals.)
